POLICIES

• GENERAL

  • Special announcements made by 3 PM @ www.drivewayseries.com each Thursday
  • No unattended children please.
    
  • Please clean up after your dog.

• WARNINGS
  • Rattlesnakes are common at Driveway Austin. Please do not play in the woods, brush, or discarded tire piles.
    
  • In the past year mountain lions, hogs, wild dogs, and vagrants have been spotted and/or revmoved from the wooded areas surrounding the Driveway Austin facility. Please do not go into the woods and please do not let your children go into the woods.
  • The shop house has a lot of heavy, expensive, and dangerous machinery and equipment laying around. Please do not go over the concrete barriers and into the shop house area and please do not let your children play in this area.

• RESULTS
  • Results are considered final when Holland Racing leaves the Driveway for the night.
  • Please do not email the promoter or officials about problems with the results. Check the results for accuracy before you leave the Driveway.
    
  • We will attempt to provide results 20 places deep each week but cannot guarantee it.

• PRIZES
  • All prizes/primes will be awarded after results are posted and any protests have been worked out.
  • Unclaimed prizes/primes are forfeited and will not be available the following week.
  • Listed prizes are per race. Additionally, the top 3 women per mixed offering (example: the Pro Race) will be recognized w/series points & merchandise prizes.

• REGISTRATION
  
  • Registration opens at 4:30 PM weekly and CLOSES 5 MINUTES BEFORE EACH RACE.
  • You must have a valid USAC License to compete in the races. Non-competitive/clinic/fun lap offerings do not require a USAC License.
  • Entry Fee allows you to race as many times per night as you want so long as your category, gender, and/or age would normally allow you to compete in the respective category.
    
  • You must indicate at registration which races you plan to participate in, if you do not you are technically not in the race and are racing on the track UNINSURED and HOLLAND RACING, LLC will hold you legally and financially responsible for any accidents, damages, or liabilities that arise as a result of your unauthorized participation.
  • Once you've started the race there are no refunds.

• SEASON PASSES
  
  • There are several season pass options this season. All are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• STAGING
  • Please STAGE 5 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR RACE at the A-Frame sign that reads, “Staging”

• HOLLAND RACING
  • HOLLAND RACING, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
  • If you owe HOLLAND RACING, LLC money, for any reason, HOLLAND RACING, LLC will withhold any prizes you win until the outstanding balance is paid.
    
  • BANDITING the races MAY result in criminal theft of service charges being filedwith APD, jail time, and suspension from further racing by USA Cycling.

• DRIVEWAY AUSTIN
  
  • No one is allowed to ride on the track without first SIGNING A RELEASE form.
  • No one is allowed to ride on the track without wearing a helmet.
  • No one is allowed to drive their car, scooter, or motorcycle on the track.
  • If it has rained recently, please do not park in the grass.
  • Please use provided trash cans.
  • Please do not drop your safety pins. They work their way onto the track and race car parking area and easily puncture the soft rubber on expensive race car tires.
    
  • Please RESPECT residents along Delwau Lane as you approach the Driveway by obeying the posted speed limit of 25-30mph. There are small children that live along this stretch of road.
